Inactive Accounts: If you stop using our services, we'll retain your data for 24 months to allow account reactivation. After that, we delete everything except basic billing records.

Legal Requirements: Taiwan business law requires keeping certain financial records for seven years. We store only the minimum information needed to comply with tax and accounting regulations.

Immediate Deletion: Request data deletion anytime and we'll remove your information within 30 days, except for legally required records. We'll confirm completion via email.

International Data Transfers

Email marketing often involves global audiences, which means some data processing happens outside Taiwan. Here's how we handle international transfers safely:

Taiwan Privacy Protection

We comply with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and maintain primary data storage within the Asia-Pacific region to minimize international transfer requirements.

Approved Partners Only: Any international data transfers go only to partners with adequate privacy protections, contractual safeguards, and security certifications equivalent to Taiwan standards.

Limited Purposes: International processing is restricted to specific services like email delivery, analytics, or technical support. Partners cannot use your data for their own purposes.

Children's Privacy
