How We Actually Started
Back in 2018, we were consultants watching businesses waste money on email campaigns that nobody opened. The problem wasn't the technology — it was that everyone treated email like a billboard instead of a conversation.
So we started small. Really small. Three clients in Kaohsiung who were tired of sending newsletters into the void. We spent months figuring out why some emails get opened and others get deleted instantly.
What we learned changed everything. People don't hate email marketing — they hate boring email marketing. When you write like a human being and actually solve problems, email becomes one of the most effective ways to build real business relationships.
